• Must register for course by May 17th, 2019 by emailing Sarah.Donaldson@clalanark.ca

• Maximum 10 people per course

• 0830 start at LCP 30 Bennett Street Carleton Place

FIRST AID

• Courses to be determined – staff will be notified via memo on course dates.

WHMIS 2015 Certification – click here

• Completed in February 2020 – deadline for certificate to main office is February 29th, 2019.

Policy Review (Annual Policy Review, plus Policy #s A1.01. A1.02, A4.01, A6.01. Review policies, download certificate, add name and date, obtain manager sign off, deadline for certificate to main office by January 31, 2020

EXPIRED CERTIFICATION WITHOUT CAUSE WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM FLOOR UNTIL CERTIFICATION IS OBTAINED
